Nicola Dickinson, Founding Partner – VP Marketing, Altus Dynamics
Nicola is a Founding Partner and the Vice President of Marketing at Altus Dynamics.
Nicola began her career in enterprise solutions for nonprofit and government operations in 1994 where she worked
on projects with the Ministry of Health and large Canadian nonprofit organizations.
Nicola formed Altus Dynamics with a vision and mandate to deliver award-winning and affordable technology solutions
exclusively for the nonprofit and public sector. As an active member of the nonprofit community and with a passion
for assisting public sector and nonprofit organizations to operate as efficiently and effectively within the resource
constraints they live with, Nicola provides true value for nonprofit and public sector operations.
James Faw, Founding Partner – Product Innovation, Altus Dynamics
James Faw is a Founding Partner and head of Product Innovation at Altus Dynamics.
James began his career implementing, designing and providing training for accounting/distribution systems for
a Navision reseller and was one of the first resources to work on Microsoft Dynamics NAV in Canada. James left
to pursue his vision of implementing and providing business applications designed exclusively for the nonprofit
and public sector.
With a diverse background in Systems, Development and Enterprise Application Integration, James fulfils his
role as Solution Visionary to Altus and to our clients. James’ successes have granted him recognition as
a visionary within the industry, and today he is a sought-after conference and keynote speaker. Currently, James
is focused on building winning business solutions through further product development with the Altus development
team.
Colin Dickinson, Managing Partner – VP Sales, Altus Dynamics
Colin Dickinson is VP of Sales at Altus. With a thorough understanding of accounting,
financial analysis, and business processes, Colin looks to support his clients and prospective clients in their
investigation into the most appropriate accounting and operation solution for their business. Given his business
and accounting knowledge, Colin provides valuable insight as well as strong comprehension as to how Altus Dynamics
can help organizations address their individual business challenges.
Colin joined Altus Dynamics with a vision and the objective to deliver leading and affordable enterprise solutions
that provide meaningful functionality for the nonprofit and public sector. Colin is passionate about the nonprofit
community and regularly contributes to local youth based nonprofits by volunteering his time and fundraising.

Greg Dimmock, VP Client Services, Altus Dynamics
Greg’s role at Altus is about adding value in every implementation that Altus does. Not only does Greg focus
on creating efficiencies within implementation methodologies and processes, Greg also aims to deliver efficiencies
in how Altus implements Altus Dynamics, powered by Microsoft Dynamics NAV. His strong analytic and communication
skills and his ability to collaborate allow him to manage relationships, both internal and external, and deliver
outstanding value to clients.
With a diverse background in product, consulting and marketing Greg fulfils his role as visionary in service
delivery both at Altus and with key partners like Microsoft. Greg’s collaborative approach within Altus
and amongst our clients has granted him recognition as a leader in the industry, with clients, and across the
client services team. Currently, Greg is focused on building value-added and client-focused implementation methodologies,
forums and tools that will ensure happy and successful clients every time.
