Altus Dynamics provides the security clients need to ensure their systems are up and running 100% of the time and functioning with optimum efficiency.

Altus Dynamics Support
At the close of an implementation project, clients complete a project closure process and are transitioned to the Client Support Program. Should clients have questions or issues they may direct them to the Altus Helpdesk.

Hours of Operation
Altus Helpdesk normal hours of operation are from 9 AM to 5 PM EST Monday to Friday. Support consultants are available after hours and are contacted via an automated paging service.

Microsoft Canada Support
CustomerSource provides Microsoft Dynamics Solutions customers around-the-clock access to support resources and a multitude of tools to improve their business processes and practices. Site access is available to Microsoft Dynamics customers on a current service plan.
